Training need analysis
This online questionnaire was sent to one of the project target groups – European Hospitality organizations, public and private - to ask their opinion and needs regarding their online strategy. Each partner sent it to national organizations of the sector. Hundreds of results were gathered in a report.
The document critically analyses the most important and common findings on each national report. The job profile and the qualification were created based primarily on it: both national state of the art but mainly on these European results, as it is required that the learners can practice their job at the European Labour Market.
